Modern Maternity Photo Session

Our Dillsburg PA studio was thrilled to host Alyanna & James for their stunning modern maternity photo session, as they drove from York PA to capture this special moment in their lives. This beautiful couple beamed with joy and excitement as they awaited the arrival of their new little one, who will soon join their older son as a sibling. Although their oldest son was unable to make it to the session, we could tell just how much love he holds in their hearts.

From the moment Alyanna arrived with a gorgeous smile, we knew we were in for a treat. She was absolutely radiant in her wardrobe choices from our client closet, opting for a bright and bold fluffy red gown and a well-fitted deep merlot dress that gave her images a ton of variety despite both being shades of red. The sparkle of the silky fabric and the angel wings added the perfect touch of glam to her session. With the wind from the studio fan blowing her hair, she looked absolutely breathtaking in every shot.

James had a proud and joyous look in his eyes the entire session. It’s clear that he’s an amazing dad, and we can’t wait to see him with both of his kids. He lite up when shared with us that he and his oldest son bond over working out, and he was eager to head out and pick up his son after the session to continue that tradition. The love and connection between Alyanna and James was obvious, and it was an honor to capture the genuine love they have for each other and their growing family.

To finish off the session, Alyanna requested a hanging draped pose, which may seem effortless but actually requires a lot of preparation to ensure the expectant mother is not over-exerting herself. With our team’s attention, patience, and teamwork, we were able to safely fulfill her request and capture the stunning images she had envisioned. We cannot wait to see this beautiful family back in our studio for their upcoming session, and to document the continuation of their journey as parents.
