Newborn Portrait Session FAQ
What is the best time to schedule a newborn photography session?
The ideal time to photograph a newborn baby is when they’re under two weeks of age. Babies are usually sleepier and retain much of the natural curl from when they were in their mother’s womb at this stage.
How long does a newborn session usually take?
Newborn sessions can take 2-3 hours, allowing plenty of time for feedings, comfort, and set changes. We take the utmost care to ensure that your baby is comfortable and safe during the session.
What should we wear for the photoshoot?
We recommend wearing solid, neutral colors for a timeless feel. If your session includes family portraits, coordinating outfits can provide a cohesive look. Our studio also provides a selection of dresses and props to ensure beautiful results.
